This Privacy Policy describes how WatchReady (“we,” “our,” or “the app”), a product of Fundebazi, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the WatchReady mobile application (iOS and Android) and related services. WatchReady is an educational app designed to help children learn to read analog clocks; parents may use it to assess readiness before purchasing a watch.

2. Children’s privacy

WatchReady is directed at children and families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Sign-in and account features are optional; many features work without an account. When an account is used, we rely on the parent or guardian to provide or authorize it. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13 without consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

3. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve the app:

• Local data (on your device): Progress, achievements, statistics, and settings are stored on your device. This data stays on the device unless you sign in and use optional cloud features.
• Optional sign-in: If you sign in (e.g., with Google or Apple), we receive a unique identifier and, if you allow it, email or display name from the provider. We use this to link your app usage to an account for features like restoring purchases across devices.
• Purchase data: If you make an in-app purchase (e.g., WatchReady Premium), our payment provider (RevenueCat) and the app stores (Google Play, App Store) process the transaction. We receive purchase and entitlement status so we can unlock premium features; we do not receive your full payment details.
• No advertising or third-party analytics: We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics in WatchReady. We do not sell your data.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate WatchReady (e.g., to sync progress and purchases when you sign in), to improve the app, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising or to sell to third parties.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers that help us run the app (e.g., Firebase for optional sign-in, RevenueCat for in-app purchases), under strict agreements that limit use to providing the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Data retention and security

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide the service and fulfill the purposes in this policy. Data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the app or clear data. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

8. Account and data deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted for WatchReady (by Fundebazi), follow these steps:

1. Sign out in the app: Open WatchReady → Settings → Account → Sign out. This disconnects your sign-in from the app on that device.
2. Request deletion from us: Contact us at fundebazi.com/contact and ask to delete your WatchReady account and associated data. Include the email or identifier you used to sign in (e.g. Google or Apple email) so we can locate your data.
3. What we will do: We will remove or anonymize your data from our service providers (e.g. RevenueCat customer/purchase records linked to your identifier). We do not store a separate account database; sign-in is through Google or Apple. Data stored only on your device (progress, achievements) is removed when you uninstall the app.

Data we delete or anonymize: User identifier and purchase/entitlement records we hold with our providers (e.g. RevenueCat).

Data we may keep: We may retain minimal records as required by law (e.g. tax, fraud) for the period required by applicable law. We do not retain your data for longer than necessary.
